Welcome to La Casa Coffee Bean — where a new coffee adventure begins.

Hello, my name is Eric Stormer and I run most everything at La Casa Coffee Bean with the support from my life long partner and best friend, super taster and artist Adrienne Stormer. I started enjoying coffee while delivering newspapers door to door each morning, I could smell the coffee as I delivered the newspaper and built my first coffee sensory experience. I continued my passion for coffee while in college working as a barista at the Broadway Café in Chico California.  I purchased my 1st home-coffee-roaster in 2018 and followed my dreams in 2025 to follow passion and start La Casa Coffee Bean. Currently, I roasts coffee at Coro Roastery in Berkeley CA, a cooperative roasting space with dynamic and awesome community with some super talented coffee pro’s. My goal is to keep learning and keep it fun. I have taken many educational coffee classes and workshops including, Sensory Skills, Roasting and Flavor Profiling workshops and currently hold a Licensed Q- Grader from the Specialty Coffee Association.

La Casa Coffee Bean strives to represent coffee with LOVE and PASSION. I want to highlight and respect the people involved in bringing the beans to your home from the farmer, producer and importer. Granja hasta tu casa.

Our coffee style is unique, we stay in motion with what is in season and follow what comes natural in an agricultural life that is coffee. Always trying to improve and make it better.
